Why are chia pods® good for me?

Our Banana Chia Pod® contains the daily recommended intake of Omega 3, 20% of daily fiber and no added sugar. Chia contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, essential for good gut health and maintaining healthy levels of cholesterol. Chia Pods® contains only good fats from Chia Seed and coconut milk. Coconut milk is rich in medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), which the body processes differently than other saturated fats. Studies have indicated that MCFAs may help promote weight maintenance without raising cholesterol levels.  Chia also provides a slow release of energy which can sustain you for longer.

How is my product shipped?

Chia Pods are cold packed and shipped Monday only.  Orders must be placed prior to 11:59pm Sunday EST. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery.

Shipping rate – $20 initial case. $12 per additional case.
