Why are Chia Pods® good for me?

Our Banana Chia Pod® contains the daily recommended intake of Omega 3, 20% of daily fibre and no added sugar. Chia contains both soluble and insoluble fibre, essential for good gut health and maintaining healthy levels of cholesterol. Chia Pods® contains only good fats from Chia Seed and coconut milk. Coconut milk is rich in medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), which the body processes differently than other saturated fats. Studies have indicated that MCFAs may help promote weight maintenance without raising cholesterol levels.  Chia also provides a slow release of energy which can sustain you for longer.
