Chia Pod Oats contain 1.5g of omega-3 and 7g of fiber. Omega-3 is essential for heart health, helping to lower cholesterol while maintaining proper artery function. The soluable and insoluable fiber in Chia Pod Oats helps to maintain healthy levels of cholesterol and promote good digestion.

Chia Pod Oats are lightly sweetened with coconut sugar, containing on average just 1/3 the sugar of traditional instant oatmeals. Coconut oil, which gives our Chia Pod Oats their creamy texture, provides vital healthy fats and lauric acid.
