Mango Coconut and Yoghurt Smoothie

A tropical treat.

Ingredients 

1 cup diced mango flesh
½ cup lite coconut milk
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup skim milk or soy milk
1 tbsp white Chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 handful ice cubes

Method 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
