Chia Bran (200g)
Chia Bran is a concentrated chia fibre and protein product that will benefit people wanting to significantly increase fibre and protein in their diet. Most of the fibre is insoluble fibre (80 per cent) and soluble fibre (20 per cent). This optimal ratio is ideal for healthy digestion; the insoluble fibre provides roughage to assist with regularity, while the soluble fibre helps contribute to lowering blood glucose levels.
